John Webb's Windmill Thaxted looks forward to welcoming visitors.

 

The Windmill is currently closed for tours of the inside due to the current  conservation works. However, you are more than welcome to come and visit this historical landmark and see the progress from the public viewing area.

Directions to Windmill...​

• From Thaxted Church, follow the path through the Alms Houses

• Continue through the kissing gate, past Mill Row cottages

• When you come to the wooden gate, continue through 

• The windmill will be on your right hand side
