Two routes to choose from: 5 miles (8km) and 8 miles (13km)

This is a Self Navigation trail race using a written route description which will be issued to you on the day. There are no Markings or Marshalls and no GPX. This is not a mass start event. You will be timed out and back in at the finish

Results will be posted on www.essextrailevents.com and www.johnwebbswindmillthaxted.com

Runners need to be 16 or over, under 18’s will need parental consent. Please make young runners known before the run day

Entry is at your own risk: routes are cross country following public rights of way with possible uneven ground and will cross roads. Detailed written route instructions will be provided but you are responsible for your own navigation

To enable friends to run together it is possible to book more than once in your name. If you do enter more than once for others we will require all their details (emergency contact, mobile phone number of phone to be carried on the day, email address confirmation that they agree to the same terms and conditions as the person who entered them) before the closing date or they will not be allowed to participate
