I am sorry. But you're sharing serious misinformation, a lot of information in this letter you're sharing and claiming to be CAA (or other) guidance or rules is incorrect. You also cannot be legally charging for the use of the airspace.
You do not own the airspace, nothing you can do about people flying in, or near the mill. You can stop people from landing and taking off from your land and that is it. You really do need to read up on the law
